I have a passion for helping others heal as well as learn how to cope with the challenging circumstances that happen in life. I enjoy using spirituality as a resource for causing change.

I received my bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies from Weber State University and my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been working as a counselor for 20 years.

My focus of study in school was Marriage and Family. I enjoy working with couples and individuals from 12 and older. I utilize a systems theory approach with a Solution Focused Brief Therapy Model, and Cognitive Behavioral model. I am trained in EMDR.

I specialize in treating pornography and sex addiction along with betrayal trauma. I enjoy working with the many dynamics that come in families such as communication skills, parenting tools, divorce, blended families, and individuals.
