I have loved my opportunity to work in the mental health field, which has extended over 35 years. I obtained my Master's of Social Work at Eastern Washington University in 1983. From 1994 to 1999 I completed all but my Doctoral Dissertation in Counseling Psychology at Brigham Young University.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who struggle with compulsive and sexual addiction issues. I utilize principles from Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as Emotion Focused Therapy as the basis of my professional approach.

I find deep fulfillment in family, in friendships, in outdoor activities, and in learning. I seek to use common sense in whatever I approach and have the ability to bring a smile to the faces of those in my life.

Working as a Therapist is a great privilege, as is being part of Cornerstone Counseling. I look forward to serving you!
