I have been working in the mental health field since 2005 and as a counselor since receiving my master's degree in social work in 2018 from Boise State. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, addictions, personal stress, trauma, and several other issues. I truly believe that life is a journey and that everyone deserves support along the way. We are not meant to struggle and carry our burdens alone.

In my work, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients challenge problematic thinking, recognize and shift negative thought patterns, and empower them to make lasting changes. I also take a strengths-based approach, focusing on the inherent strengths and resources each individual has. By highlighting these, I believe anyone can build resilience, solve problems, and ultimately work toward healing and personal growth.

Whether we're addressing past trauma or managing day-to-day stressors, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore and express their emotions and develop practical tools to move forward in life.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active through gardening, disc golf, racquetball, and swimming. These activities help me maintain balance and well-being.
