I believe every person has inherent worth and deserves a healthy, fulfilling life rooted in meaningful relationships. As a therapist, my hope is to truly understand what you're going through and to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel comfortable being yourself—where you feel heard, understood, and respected. I integrate evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and self-compassion to help you build resilience, gain deeper insight, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University–Idaho in 2006 and my Master's degree in Social Work from Walla Walla University in 2009. Since then, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families through challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, marital and family conflict, sexual abuse, and compulsive behaviors. It is an honor to walk with clients as they work toward hope, healing, and meaningful change.
