My Philosophy

I believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of life—including relationships, work, and personal growth. Life's challenges are not just obstacles, but can also serve as stepping stones for transformation, growth and connection. Whether you are facing a difficult transition, carrying the weight of unresolved emotional trauma, or struggling with addiction, I am committed to guiding you through the process of change and healing.

Empowering Your Strengths

My objective is to help you identify and value your individual strengths and attributes. I am committed to providing practical tools and strategies designed to enhance your well-being and elevate your overall quality of life. By nurturing a deeper connection to your story, you will be able to author the remaining chapters.

Education and Credentials

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work in 2005, followed by my Master's Degree in Social Work in 2006, both from Boise State University. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a State Qualified Clinical Supervisor. Since 2006, I have been dedicated to providing counseling services to individuals and families.

Areas of Expertise

My practice specializes in treating pornography and sexual addiction, as well as trauma and shame. I have extensive experience addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns, offering insights and support tailored to each client's needs.

Therapeutic Approach

We offer a comprehensive therapeutic approach for individuals facing compulsive sexual behaviors and their spouses, utilizing specialized training in sex addiction and betrayal trauma recovery. I work with individuals, couples, and families in a safe, therapeutic environment that fosters healing and promotes meaningful change.

Community Involvement and Outreach

Since 2009, I have focused on recovery-oriented therapy with adolescents and adults, particularly in the areas of sexual addiction and betrayal trauma. I am dedicated to community education and regularly provide free trainings and presentations to ecclesiastical leaders, wards, schools, and community members, addressing topics such as pornography and sexual addictions and how to build a pornography-resilient family.
